RESPON MASYARAKAT TERHADAP ASURANSI DI KELURAHAN DELIMA KECAMATAN TAMPAN PEKANBARU

Abstract

This study is about “The Public Response To Insurance In The Delima Village Sub-Districts Tampan Pekanbaru. This Research means to explain about knowledge society to insurance, public response to insurance and factor which causes using or not using insurance. This Research located in he Delima Village that was in housing Wadya Graha II RW 08 with population of 267 head of the family. Sampling technique in this study was the method of random sampling system because big of occasion for each member was selected as a sample as many as 40 people, data analysis in this study conducted with quantitative method which are the presented descriptively and the data were grouped by table. Based from the analysis of data, conclusion of levels of knowledge about insurance was insurance program, administrative process and resources about insurance wich most people already know and response given by community that agreed with its stance in favor of selecting the type of insurance that most of the health. As for the factors that influence in terms of knowledge, such as education, income and resources. Factors in the acceptance or rejection of insurance that the factor of age education, income, number of family members and the enviroment.
