Pengaruh Latihan Box Jump Terhadap Explosive Powerotot Tungkai Pada Siswa Putra Exstrakurikuler Voli SMK N 5 Pekanbaru

Abstract

Problem in this study originated from the observation that the low researchers Explosive Muscle Power Limbs In Exstrakurikuler volleyball Students SMK N 5 Pekanbaru, this can be seen when the game many players volley ball team SMK N 5 Pekanbaru difficult to do the blocking and doing less good and not smash maximum. Therefore this studyaimed to examine the box jump exercises to Explosive Muscle Power Limbs In Exstrakurikuler Volleyball Student SMK N 5 Pekanbaru. This type of researchis aquasi-experimental study. The population in this study were all male athlete who totaled 12 people. Sampling was carried out with total sampling, where the entire population sampled, the sample in this study a mounted a 12 people. Data obtained from the jump M.D, to get explosive leg muscle power. Once the date is obtained, then the techniques of data analysis in this study using t-test. From the results of this study indicate that there is a box jump exerciseto Explosive Muscle Power Limbs In Exstrakurikuler Volleyball Student SMK N 5Pekanbaru proven with t (7,413)>t table(2,201) at the α= 0.05 level.
