Abstract:
This research is done in PT. Asuransi Takaful Umum Cabang Pekanbaru. Setting of the
problem is how to influence the promotion of the interests of insurance customers. The purpose
of this research is to find out influence the promotion of the interests of insurance costumer in
PT. Asuransi Takaful Umum Cabang Pekanbaru.
Writer use kuantitative descriptive analysis method and some theories about Promotion
and interests. The indicators used in the independent variables are advertising, personal selling,
sales promotion , publisitas and the dependent variable is the interest. Data collecting using
quesioner, interviews and observation. The sample used was accidental sampling. Source of data
used are primary data or data obtained directly from the quesioner and interviews . Secondary
data is data obtained from company documents PT. Asuransi Takaful Umum Cabang Pekanbaru.
The results of this research indicate that significant influence between the variables promotion of
the interests of customers. And the existence of a fairly strong relationship between the variables
and the positive promotion of the interests of customers.
