ABSTRACT
This study aims a. how the validity of the scale youth on gender roles in SMA N 2 Siak Hulu b. how the validity of youth relationship scale in actions against people who adored. c. How is the level of reliability youth relationship scale. While the benefits of this research is as an input and information for the author as the creator of the youth-scale relationship , as consideration for the teacher about the problems faced by students, to increase knowledge about the validity den reliability. Population and the sample in this study is a student class XI (eleven) half of the SMA N 2 Siak Hulu Kab.Kampar TA2012/2013 numbered as many as 202 people, divided into 6 classes. The assumption is that the author is equipped with how to look at the validity and reliability of a measuring instrument and each student has a problem in the relationship of young people and students have different abilities in answering the items scale youth relations. The method used in this study is a descriptive analytic method while data analysis techniques the author uses the Engineering Product Moment and Spearman Brown Alpha.Setelah calculating the statistical validity and reliability of the scale relationships in high school youth Kab.kampar N 2Siak Hulu result is: 1) For the validity of using the first indicator Engineering Product Moment (0.30) is low, the correlation can be trusted, the second indicator (0.75) high correlation is clear. 2). For reliability using the Engineering Product Moment (0.61), Spearman brown (0.75) and alpha (0.75) High, Correlation Clear. So to Test Validity and Reliability Scale Relationships Young men and women in SMA N 2 Siak Hulu Kab.Kampar TA2012 / 2013 where r count is greater than r table and meets the standards of validity and reliability.
