ABSTRACT
The tittle of this research is “The Effect Of Group Counselling By Prohibition Prohibits Of Malay Towards The Decrease Of Student’s Alpha”. The objectives of this research are 1) for knowing the illustration of student’s alpha before group counselling; 2) for knowing the illustration of student’s alpha after group counselling; 3) for knowing the effect of student’s alpha decrease by Pantang Larang Melayu befor and after be given group counselling. The method that be used in this research is using pre experimental design (pre test-post test design). Obtained dat uses secondary data from student attendance books that provided by the school. The advantage of this research are 1) the researcher can know the effect of group counselling by Pantang Larang Melayu for student’s alpha; 2) as information material about the application of group counselling by Pantang Larang Melayu; 3) this research as the horizon of science; 4) this research can be additional input for us to improve the learning achievement of children.the conclusions of this research are 1) before researcher gave the group counselling service the alpha level students were very high; 2) after researcher gave the group counselling service there was a good significant change for students. The result is the alpha level students decreased; 3) there is a significant effect on the reduction negligent students before and after the group counselling servies was given by the researcher. Based on the test T’s results which can be seen the T’s price is greater than T table which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.
