PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI MTs AL-HUDA PEKANBARU

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was conductedof MTs Al Huda Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of motivation to performance to learn notably in teaches. Data collection is done by questionnaireby teacher that teaches subject. And for performance of teacher variable,data that is utilized is learning supervision by headmaster. Questionnaire that measures about teacher motivation that consisting of 20 statements.The analysis performed simple linear regression analysis with level 5% sig.Data processing is performed with SPSS version 17.0 for windows. From the test resultsit can be concludedthere is tests t between motivates and performance of teacher. It is gone upon result up simple linear regression via partial (t test) where is its result points out that t computing (3,762) are even greater of t table (2,048) with signifikansi's zoom 0,001 smaller of 0,05. This is similar to the coefficient of determination (R2) is known to effect motivation as big as 0,336 for performance of teacher at MTs Al Huda Pekanbaru. Thus outgrows contribution motivate for performance of teacher at MTs Al Huda Pekanbaru as big as 33,6%, meanwhile its rest 66,4% regarded by unanalyzed other factor by researcher as interest as pedagogik, professional, social and personality, academic ability and skill, headmaster leadership, and compensation.
