Abstract:
This research aims to analysis the influence of workplace environtment to
paramedic’s job performances in Indrya Husada PTPN III Membang Muda
Hospital. The independent variable (X) is workplace environment, and dependent
variable (Y) is paramedic’s job performances. This research use quantitative
method, which emphasize at examination of hypothesis thats is workplace
environtment influenced significantly to paramedic’s job performances. With
using simple linear regression analysis, and the result obtained correlation 0,81.
Level of coefficient of determination double (R2) is 66%, means that 66%
dependent variable (Y) can be explained by independent variable (X) , while the
rest 34% can’t be explained in this research. The result of regression shown thitung
> ttabel (9,625 > 1,645), means that workplace environtment influenced
significantly to paramedic’s job performances is acceptable.
