dc.description	Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan mengenai bentuk dan fungsi teks upacara perkawinan masyarakat Melayu Luhak Kepenuhan Rokan Hulu, maka dapat diperoleh simpulan bahwa pada upacara perkawinan tersebut memakai beberapa bentuk sastra lisan dengan fungsi tersendiri setiap bentuknya. Pertama, bentuk puisi yaitu pantun, syair, dan petatah-petitih. Kedua adalah bentuk prosa liris.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT The research is title the form and function of Malay society wedding ceremony text Luhak Kepenuhan Rokan Hulu. Description of the results of this research ar : (1) text form of Malay society wedding ceremony Luhak Kepenuhan Rokan Hulu, (2) text functions of Malay society wedding ceremony Luhak Kepenuhan Rokan Hulu. The purpose of this research is to describe the form and function of the Malay society wedding ceremony text Luhak Kepenuhan Rokan Hulu. The method used in this research is descriptif method of research that is tailord to the characteristics of the actual data oriented. Using qualitative research and frame of refrence data sorced research on the text used in the wedding ceremony of the Malay society wedding ceremony Luhak Kepenuhan Rokan Hulu. Text function data octained from interviews with the author of five informan. Form of the text there ar two forms of poetry and lirycal prose. Is a form of poetry namely (a) poem, (b) rhyme, and (c) proveb. The text function of Malay society wedding ceremony Luhak Kepenuhan Rokan Hulu: (a) convey advice pr teachings of religion, (b) as a rule of means of delivering cumtome rules, (c) as entertainment as a means of delivering education, (e) as a means of delivering affection, and feelings of love and heart	en_US
