MOTIVATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT EFFECTS FOR EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY ON PT. INDAH KIAT PULP AND PAPER. Tbk PULP MILL-2 DEPARTMENT PERAWANG

Abstract

This research implemented on PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper. Tbk, Pulp Mill-2 Department, at Jalan Raya Km. 26 Perawang. This research is intend to understand motivation and work environment effects by simultaneous or partial for employee productivity on PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper. Tbk, Pulp mill-2 Department, Perawang. The population in this research is employee of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper. Tbk, Pulp mill-2 Department, which amounts to 120 employee, and the sample is 55 employee. The Analytics Method is Descriptif of Quantitative Method with SPSS 20 version. The Simultaneous Regression test (F Test) is show that independent variable motivation and environment have a significant for dependent variable employee productivity. The influence posed coefficient of determination (R2) by both of variable simultaneous for dependent variable about 55%, while the rest of 45% is impacted by other variables were not examined. The results of testing has been done, the Partial regression test (t Test) showed that independent variable were studied motivation and work environment has an significant effect on the dependent variable employee productivity
