Abstract:
Relations Professional Competence and Competency Pedagogik economics teacher with Economics Student Learning Outcomes High School in the city of Pekanbaru. Thesis. The research was conducted at the high school Pekanbaru, the background of this study is that teachers are now is a profession that must carry out their duties as professional teachers and teachers to understand the characteristics of learners in accordance with the pedagogical aims to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the professional competence of teachers economics economics student learning outcomes and to determine the competency of teachers pedegogik economy economics student learning outcomes. The population in this study were teachers of economics in high school Pekanbaru. Based on the data obtained from the High School in the city of Pekanbaru in 2012, the number of high school located in the city of Pekanbaru total of 14 schools, which consists of 8 schools and 6 State status with the status of private schools. number of economic studies teachers in a sample of 34 people. Survey respondents as well as teachers of students who take economic lessons the teacher sample. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is to use linear regression bergandayang proceed through SPSS version 16.00. These results indicate that the professional competence and pedagogical Competency does not have a relationship with the student learning outcomes. means if the variable of professional competence and pedagogical increase more in it will cause a positive feedback in improving student learning outcomes.
