dc.description.abstract In an organization or company, employees are the most important factors that will affect the company in achieving its goals. Employees a wealth of each company, because their role is crucial the success of the company reach its goals. An employee is expected to devote his attention in earnest, so that the work can be resolved properly and effectively. In this case the company should be able to create a work climate that supports the organizational work of each employee. In addition it is necessary to create a good social relations between all employees and between employee and employee else. It is based on the theory can influence employee job satisfaction to be able vibrant and has good performance. purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational work climate (organization climate) on job satisfaction of employees. The research was conducted at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru based in Dr. Sutomo Street, Number: 13 Pekanbaru. The reason for the selection of the research here is due to the high level of attendance and the number of employees out every year in the PT. Agung Automall in Dr Sutomo Street Pekanbaru. Population in this research are all employees of PT. Agung Automall in Dr Sutomo Street Pekanbaru as many as 164 employees. Based on Stratified Random Sampling Propotionate technique, the sample in this research was 62 employees. Based on respondents answers that the effect of organization work climate on job satisfaction of work is well categorized. From some of the indicators studied, the dominant respondents agreed that organization work climate in PT. Agung Automall in Dr Sutomo Street Pekanbaru greatly affect their job satisfaction. It can be concluded that there was indeed a significant effect between organization work climate on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Agung Automall in Dr Sutomo Street Pekanbaru what are based on the results of the research were 9.3%. en_US
