Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Serta Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Kuantan Singingi

Abstract

This Research has done at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa which at Sei Basau, Beringin jaya Village, Singingi Hili, Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency.This research aims to analyze The Influence of Work Environment Health Dan Safety (K3) The Employee’s Peformance At PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Kuantan Singingi. The Population of this research is all employees which are 101 people with the amount of the samples are 51 people. The method of Analysis which used in this research is quantitative deksriptive by SPSS (Statistical Package Social Science of) version 17.0. The simultan of Regression test (Test F) shown work that work environment, health and safety give the positive and significant influence to the union variable (employee’s performance). The influence appeared by (R2) From both variables altogether to the union variable for 52,8%, while the rest which is 47,2% influenced by the other variable that is not accurate in this research. The result of the test which has done and the regression test shown that each independent variable in this research. The result of the test, parsial regression test (Test t) shown that eac independent variable experimented (work environment, heart and safety heve significant and positive influence to the union variable) (employee’s performance)
