dc.description.abstract Target and actual production section of water treated on PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk the period 2007 up to 2011 can be determined by PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk can not fully realized. This is because the consumption level of the consumers of water is always different. The Population in this study is the labor of the production water at PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk consists of 50 peoples. Because a relatively small number of labor, the writer took the entire population of the respondents The raw material in the production of treated water in the water section at PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk, considered highly available, consisting of river water, alum or alum, lime, Flucculant Polymer and chlorine with excess supplies of water production needs. While the raw materials in the production process are not directly treated water in the PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk, consisting of bicarbonate, calcium, chloride, magnesium and sodium with excess supplies of water production needs. Labor in the production of water consists of managerial employees who have expertise in the production of water, so it is also able to operate water production as is done by the employees of the operational and has been classified as highly skilled.
