ECONOMIC VALUE ANALYSIS WISATA DANAU BUATAN KOTA PEKANBARU USING ENVIRONMENTAL TRAVEL COST METHOD

Abstract

The research was conducted at Objek Wisata Danau Buatan Pekanbaru to determine the economic value of the environment and see the effect of income, travel expenses, and the respondent's perception of demand / number of visits to Objek Wisata Danau Buatan Pekanbaru. In this study a sample of 100 respondents took the visitors on Artificial lake attractions. Data analysis method that I used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. Quantitative analysis performed using multiple linear regression equation to the data collected in the form of figures are tabulated in a table then discussed with descriptive methods. Based on calculations, the economic value of the Objek Wisata Danau Buatan Pekanbaru with a trip-cost approach for Rp2.309.566.900, -. From the analysis, the rate coefficients of the variables that affect the number of visits to Objek Wisata Danau Buatan Pekanbaru is income (X1), travel expenses (X2), and the perception of respondents (X3) and the results of testing research can also be known simultaneously (synchronously) shows no significant effect, where income, travel expenses, and the perception of the respondents had a significantly effect on the number of visits to Objek Wisata Danau Buatan Pekanbaru.
