Abstract

District of Tanah Putih is the second largest district in the area of rubber plantations and production communities in Rokan Hilir. The problem in this study is how much potential levy as a source of natural rubber market revenue villages in the district of Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. And this study aims to determine the potential levy as a source of natural rubber market revenue villages in the district of Tanah Putih. From the analysis conducted shows that of 2 and 14 Kepenghuluan Village / Villages at White Land District, just Kepenghuluan Menggala Sakti, Village Banjar XII and Kepenghuluan Sintong Makmur levy market that has the potential of natural rubber used as a source of potential revenue village / kepenghuluan / new urban neighborhoods in order to finance the governance and rural development / kepenghuluan / self-contained village. The potential contribution of natural rubber market levies (potential) of the Revenue Village in 2011 in three kepenghuluan / village is large enough that in his contribution Kepenghuluan Menggala Sakti by 3816.86% of Revenue Village, Village Banjar XII contributed by 2533.72% to Income original Village and Kepenghuluan Sintong Makmur 1794.24% of the revenue village.
