dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the health education keefektifitas HIV / AIDS to changes in knowledge and attitudes to people with HIV / AIDS (PLWHA). The research method used was quasi experiment. The study was conducted on 39 respondents with a sampling technique stratified sampling. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire and the data analyzed in univariate and bivariate. Hypothesis testing used is dependent T test, statistical test results obtained from the P value (0.000) < alpha (0.05) or Ho rejected. In this study, we can conclude that there is a change between the knowledge and attitude of the respondents before and after health education. Expected in the community to continue to increase knowledge about HIV / AIDS through the media and not discriminate against people with HIV / AIDS. en_US
