Abstract:
The research was conducted in the CV. Warasulla Pekanbaru is located on Jl. H.
No. Munandar Imam. 285 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to analyze the
recruitment and selection simultaneously on employees' performance on the CV.
Warasulla Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of recruitment of employees' performance
on the CV. Warasulla Pekanbaru and to determine the effect of selection on employees'
performance on the CV. Warasulla Pekanbaru. To achieve these objectives the research
conducted using a sample of 35 people, using the Census. Data analysis method using
simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows
version 17).
Based on the research results obtained by calculating f> f sigifikan table at the level
of 5%. This indicates that there is a significant effect on how recruitment and selection
system for employee performance.
Recommendations to authors propose is a need to improve the system of selection in
hiring employees to be passionate employees who work and perform the work, if the
company does not do well then selecting employees the company will have difficulty in
developing employees to excel in their work, the employee did not will enhance their work
performance and the employee does not beprestsai then it will not work with the
maximum and will berpengaruhi objectives of the company. By following the ompany
Operational Standards (SOP) in hiring people then expected prestsai employees will
increase.
