Abstract:
This research aims to find out how consumer attitudes for the vegetarian lifestyle
in the Vegetarian Society Indonesia Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at IVS
Pekanbaru.
Sampling in this study using a purposive sample, and a sample used in this study
of 100 people who are members of the vegetarian community in Pekanbaru. Free
variables in this study was the trust and evaluation. While the variable dependent is the
vegetarian consumer lifestyle. Methods of data analysis used in this study is the likert
scale consisting of five-story alternative answers that contain variations of the values
storied. Technique of data analysis in this study uses the analysis of fishbein
From the results obtained that the respondents positively assesses the average on
each attribute table which is attached to the vegetarian lifestyle. Suggestion and
expectation of the researchers themselves on research next is the researcher can use
other factors to analyze the attitude of consumers using different processing techniques
and a wider sample to get optimal results.
