Abstract:
The research was conducted with the aim to determine the Factors Affecting
coconut Sale Pricein District Mandah Indragiri Hilir district.
The population is coconut farmers by sampling with purposive sampling
technique. Total population of coconut farmers are 933 peoples, which samples are
taken as many as 93 peoples. Data was collected by approaching directly by
distributing a questionnaire to every farmer who found, this technique called
accidental sampling, is conducted interviews and filled out a questionnaire to farmers
encountered while doing research. The type of data used are primary data and
secondary data. The data analysis is descriptive.
The results showed that the price of oil set by marketing channel Rp.725-2300
incompatible with the maintenance costs incurred farmers. In addition to the
incompatibility of the cost with the price of coconut purchased by marketing agencies
to choose, because farmers have debt - credit to the marketing agency middlemen,
taoke, marketing agencies.
