IV SDN 38 Pekanbaru

Abstract
This research is based on dissatisfying result of the SAINS subject of the class IV of SDN 38
Pekanbaru. Caused by the lack of understanding and mastering toward the lesson. The subject in
this research are 24 students of the class IV. The action taken by the writer is The Application of
model Learning inquiry guidence. The aim of this research is to increase the study result of the
class IV. The reflectoin teacher result in cycle I with average 77.27 with sufficient category. The
reflectoin teacher result in cycle II with average 88.63 with good category. The reflectoin student
result in cycle I with average 83.33 with sufficient category and cycle II with average 95.83 with
good category From the study result, the beginning average is 61.45 which increase into 67.54 in
the post test I, with additional 6.09 point. Then the average score of the Post Test I which is 78.27
becomes 80.81 with additional 2.54 point, so the total improvement of the beginning score from
Post Test I and from Post Test I to Post Test II is 11.06 point. From the study result of the student
in cycle I, it is shown that from 24 students only 20 students could pass the standard score (KKM)
(65%) and in cycle II get improvement become 23 students (80.81 %). It can be conclude that The
Application of model Learning inquiry guidence can increase the study result of SAINS subject of
the class IV of SDN 38 Pekanbaru.
