Abstract : Civil servent as the big power to improve the produktivitas of organization, the individual as worker at organization or advertasing a worker they have to do their job as good as possible to receive what we want to be. The civil servant mush have a good character in worker. But the fenomena that happen many of civil servant doesnot do their work kindly. Many of them still out side when the working time many of them doesnot have a responsibility to their work. And in this reset the researcher want to know how the analyzing of civil servant worker at forest and plantation officer Bengkalis regency. This research to know the factors effect of civil servent worker at forest and plantation officer Bengkalis useful to requirements research, the research use descriptif kualitatif and the location of this research is Bengkalis regency and rhe civil servant as the informan and in analyzing the data use civil servant worker as the teory and then with other information. From this research we can conclude the civil servant worker at forest and plantation officer Bengkalis doesnot good yet.
