PERANAN KOMUNIKASI PIMPINAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT TAMBUSAI KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

Abstract

Abstract Communication between leading part of head Tambusai with his officers can give motivation, participation and the important information. Communication must not based on the time, pleace and condition, so the officers can do their jobs based on the instructions, on time and correctly. The aims of this research are to know the role of leader communication in increase of ability the officer head Tambusai, and then to know the supporting and resistor factors from that activities. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The number of informants of this study is as much as 21 people. The data are then discussed and analyzed through a model of interactive data analysis and technical examination of the validity of the data. The result from this study indicate that the role of leader as a creator of ideas, communication planner, as an expert, as a holder of group responsibility and as a conduit of information has been executed. Role of leadership in good relations with easy access to get information and enough infrastrucrure. The supporting in the process og communication of experience and knowledge leaders and media used
