ABSTRACT
The problems studied is the low ability to draw imaginative of grade IIIA on SDN 016 Tanah Merah, Siak Hulu, Kampar. This research is a class action that aims to improve the ability to draw imaginative learning Direct Intruction Model. From the results of the initial data researchers gain the ability to draw imaginative students, on the basis of scores obtained by 13 students were capable of 30 students with an average value of 60 with a percentage of 43.33% and in the first cycle of students who are able to draw up as many as 22 people with an average average percentage of 67 with 73.33%. Furthermore, in the second cycle over again Escalate imaginative students who are able to draw as many as 26 people with an average value of 73.93 and the percentage is 86.66%. Average student activities at the first lesson cycle I was 45% with enough categories, the second lesson of the first cycle to 60% with enough categories, at the lesson I cycle II was 80% with the category very well, and at the second lesson of the second cycle increases to 100 % with very good category. The first lesson of the first cycle in the activity that is 50% of teachers with enough categories, lesson II first cycle at 65% with both categories, the lesson I cycle II 80% in the category of very good and at the second lesson of the second cycle at 95% which is very good category.
