dc.description.abstract The research was conducted in the village of MTs MIFTAHUL MU'ARRIF Bandur Picak district. Koto Kampar district Hulu. Kampar to determine the effect of compensation and motivation to the job performance of teachers. Data collection is done by filling the questionnaire on variable compensation and motivation for variable job performance while using the DP3. The first questionnaire measure of compensation consisting of seven point declaration, the second questionnaire measure of motivation teacher questionnaire consisted of 12 items, while for job performance using the DP3. The analysis is performed multiple regression analysis with level 5% sig. Data processing is performed with SPSS version 16.0 for windows. From the test results it can be concluded there is f between compensation and the effect of motivation on job performance. This is based on the basis of the results of multiple regression lineer through testing simutan (F test), the results of these calculations indicate that the sign means 0.000 ≤ 0.05 Ha accepted Ho rejected. This is similar to the coefficient of determination (R2) is known to affect compensation and motivation as much as 0.539 or 53.9% of the teachers' job performance Miftahul Mu'arrif MTs. While the remaining 46.1% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on t-test analysis, the magnitude of the performance of the intervening compensation in the amount of 0.267 or 26.7% indicating that the compensation has a positive impact on job performance, while work motivation variable that is equal to 0.622 or 62.2% of this proves that motivation has a positive influence on job performance. So that means that job performance is determined more by the motivation of the kompensasi. en_US
