Abstract

This study aims to look at how Pengawsan Head in Implementing and Managing Waste Management Environment Cleanliness in Pekanbaru City District Handsome. In line with the above objectives, the informants in this study is the District government officials, police and Public Cleanliness author interviewed directly. Types and sources of data in this study is primary data collected from interviews in the study site, and secondary data obtained through libraries and institutions associated with this study. Data collection techniques in this study was the observation, interview. While the data analysis techniques, namely the classification of data in the form of the group and the type and make deskrifsi or interpretation of the findings of a qualitative study. Once the data is analyzed then proceed with making the conclusion of the study, while the conclusions from the results of the Implementation Monitoring Sub Against Waste Management in Sub Handsome Pekanbaru Year 2011 is not maximized in conducting surveillance to tackle waste management in the district environmental hygiene Handsome in terms of doing counseling, coaching and supervision in creating a clean, healthy and comfortable in the District Handsome Pekanbaru
