dc.description.abstract Assimilation of Inter-Ethnic Javanese, Batak and Minangkabau in the village of Tanjung Oil Sub Tapung Kampar regency. This research aims to determine how the Inter-Ethnic Assimilation Javanese, Batak, and Minang formed in the village of Tanjung Oil Sub Tapung Kampar district, and how their stance on ethnic diversity around and between them, as well as the factors supporting and inhibiting assimilation of ethnic Javanese, Batak and Minangkabau. The data collection technique is through the study of literature, observation, interviews, documentation, and dissemination of questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive data support a frequency table. The results showed that members of the community of ethnic Javanese, Batak and Minangkabau been able to create a good pattern forming assimilation Assimilation. In daily life people have teijadi intermingling among ethnic Javanese, Batak and Minangkabau forming Assimilation in the village of Tanjung Oil. Social relations are quite good. formed in the village of Tanjung Oil as the social aspect, selling, leasing, employment, marriage and language. Society is the creation of inter-ethnic asimlasi vast implementation of social relationships can be very good if the inter-ethnic individuals or groups in society to get along with each other can be intertwining of ethnic kin in both the interests of individuals and the interests of the group so that the creation of assimilation. Factors supporting the assimilation among ethnic Javanese, Batak and Minangkabau in the village of Tanjung Oil is the role of tolerance and an open attitude and similarity of work, while inhibiting factor Ethnic Assimilation Java, Iatak, and is a factor Minang ethnic prejudices and stereotypes. The immigrants are not a threat to the native ethnic, precisely where the immigrants have enriched the local culture and the presence of ethnic immigrants have a positive impact in the cultural assimilation that occurs between the three ethnic assimilation. Besides the advantage of foreign cultures ethnicities can be adopted to enrich the local culture, and vice versa.
