Procedure of service provided Sentra Police Service to the society especially Bengkalis police reports or complaints submitted to the naturally obtain satisfactory service, in addition to the duties and responsibilities of the police receive reports or complaints, but based on the following data comparison reports can be entered police at the SPK Bengkalis years 2008 - 2010, where the number of reports received from the public on the wane, it is not because of the decline in the crime rate, the needs of the community will help the police, but because of the thinness of the level of public confidence in the performance and services provided police services to the community centers in Bengkalis |
