dc.description.abstract Synthesis of ZnO nanorods on glass substrates has been synthesized using the combination of the Successive Ionic Layer Adsorption Reaction (SILAR) and Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) methods at 80oC with Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) characterization on a scale of 1 μm resulting in the morphology of the sample in the form of nanorods showing densely growing and hexagonally shaped nanorods. en_US
