Abstract:
The risk of childbirth often occurs during the birth process. The worst risk is death.
Based on data Profile of the Riau Provincial Health Office in 2018, every day 830
mothers in the world (in Indonesia 38 mothers, based on 305 AKI) die from
complications related to pregnancy and childbirth. This research aims to build and
design a system that can classify delivery techniques using the classification method,
namely the Naive Bayes algorith1m. The stages in this research are in accordance with
the stages in data mining. The system is designed using UML (Unifield Modeling
Language). The system to be built is based on a website using the PHP programming
language and database MySQL. This research uses 500 datasets of medical records of
patients giving birth in 2019 and 2020. The datasets are then divided into training and
testing data with a ratio of 70% for training data and 30% for testing data. So that
the training data is obtained with a total of 350 data and testing data with a total of 150
data.From the application of data mining to the classification of labor techniques using
the Naive Bayes algorithm, the accuracy rate is 84%, precision is 85.7% and recall is
93.5%.
