dc.description.abstract	Google classroom is one of the learning media that is being widely used during this pandemic. Good learning media will give satisfaction to users. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of satisfaction of Google Classroom users at the University of Riau. This research uses the PIECES method (view from the side of Performance, Information, Economic, Control and Security, Efficiency, Service). The research subjects were 300 (three hundred) people, namely active students at the University of Riau who had used google classroom during lectures. Based on the results of the overall calculation, the user satisfaction index (IKP) is 76.49%.	en_US
