SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU BERDASARKAN EVALUASI PROSES BELAJAR MENGAJAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW)

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (Public Vocational High School) 1 Pasir Penyu had a problem in evaluating teacher performances. The evaluation took times because the assessment process was still performed manually. Thus, the school required a system that could help the school to address the issue. This research aimed to design a Decision Support System to assess teacher performance in the school which was based on student evaluation by implementing Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This system was developed using PHP programming language, MySQL as database server, and UML as system design. The results obtained from this study is the ranking of teachers at the school based on the evaluation of the teaching and learning processes
