Abstract:
Kulim (Schorodocarpus borneensis) is a multipurpose tree species (MPTS),
almost all parts of the tree can be used including fruit, bark and the most economic
value is the wood that is widely used for various purposes. This leads to exploitation of
kulim bringing this population to decrease and rarely be found in natural forest. This
study aimed to determine the characteristics of the kulim habitat in the Ghimbo Potai
forest. This research was conducted from October 2019 to January 2020. Method in this
experiment was purposive sampling using three transects. The results found that kulim
