CO2 gas is used as physical activation agent and the solution of 0.3, 0.4 KOH is chosen as chemical activation agent. The ACMs are tested by fabrication of the supercapacitor cell. The supercapacitor cell is made from stainless steel applied as current collectors and 1 M H2SO4 electrolyte. The electrode level resistance and capacitance are analyzed by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) method. The resistance level for supercapacitor cell with electrodes obtained by using physical activation method and combination of physical-chemical method are 1.18 Ω, 0.6 Ω, and 1.23 Ω, while its specific capacitances are 146.89 F/g, 152.29 F/g, and 147.94 F/g, respectively. It showed that the combination of physical- chemical activation process has improved the performance of the bagasse based ACMs electrodes for supercapacitor application.otherSupercapacitorActivated carbon monolithSugarcane bagasseImpedansi Spektroskopy Sel Superkapasitor menggunakan Elektroda Karbon Bentuk Monolit dari Ampas TebuOther
