The experiment used five treatments as following : P1 = 0.3 ml ovaprim/kg of body weight, P2 = 0.5 ml ovaprim/kg of body weight, P3 = 0.5 ml ovaprim/kg of body weight, P4 = 0.6 ml ovaprim/kg of body weight and P5 = 2 ml NaCl fisiologis 0,65 %/kg of body weight).
