To control stem rot disease still use synthetic chemical fungicides. Biological control by using Trichoderma pseudokoningii can inhibit the growth of fungus G. boninense. The use of Trichoderma sp in the form of the substrate is less practical and efficien in factt, so that biological agens are formulated. Trichoderma sp require organic matter for food, the composition of the organic matter contained in the minimal cellulose.
