This descriptive qualitative research where data collection is done with a snowballing sampling technique. The result showed that coordinating by a sub-unit management activities Kepenuhan and Kepenuhan Raya Village implementation team activities that become an extention of the management unit activity Kepenuhan is maximal. It is supported and proved the maximum liability of the implementation team Kepenuhan Raya Village activities in the implementation of the national program of national empowerment. Responsibility for implementing tem-related activities such Kepenuhan Raya Village on the reports carried on any activities that are well coordinated.
