One of the marine fishery commodities needs to be known and widely used potential is mackerel. This study aimed to analyze the bacteria carried C. perfringens in fish mackerel in the waters Bengkalis. The benefits of research that can inform the presence of bacteria C. perfringens on mackerel fish (C. commersoni) and provide information on the whereabouts of the fishery and public health Bengkalis. The method used in this study is a survey method, where data obtained by direct observation in the field and analysis of bacterial C. perfringens in Marine Microbiology Laboratory. The results showed that the number of bacteria found in the digestive tract mackerel (C. commersonni) with a total of 1.0 x 107 cfu / ml, the number of bacteria in the gills contained 5.1 x 106 cfu / ml, while the number of bacteria found on meat 1.6 x 105 cfu / ml.
