This system was expected to make it easier for each user to carry out activities related to lectures. Over time, it is necessary to evaluated to measured the usability of Riau University Academic Information System website which affects user satisfaction. This research was conducted using the Usability Testing method, which is a method for evaluating usability so that it can identified problems that focus on the attributes of the system and efforts to avoid errors or usability problems. Usability describes the extented to which a product can be used by users to achieve certain goals which consists of five indicators, namely, Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, and Satisfaction.
