The experiment used four treatments as following : B1 = tyroxine hormone 2 mg/kg of fish diet, B2 = tyroxine hormone 4 mg/kg of fish diet, B3 = tyroxine hormone 6 mg/kg of fish diet and B4 = tyroxine hormone 0 mg/kg of fish diet. Fishes were reared for 4 months and they were fed on fish pellet, 3 times/day.
