The region's independence from Britain, in 1960 the ethnic divisions began to occur between Turkey and Greece. Both ethnic groups attacking each other and never get along. Following the coup by ethnic Greeks forced unification of the Greek, which was followed by the arrival of the Turkish army to the North of the island. Assistance given Turkey to protect the North gets a bad response from the ethnic Greek and international. Turkish invasion in 1974, the North Cyprus is de facto secession of the South. In 1975, the Northern islands of Cyprus proclaimed country. In 1983, Turkish Cypriots announced the establishment of the state as the TRNC (Turkish Republic Northern Cyprus). The concept is used to discuss the issues raised, namely political integration proposed the concept of transnational political system characterized by having several institutional structure followed by the presence of interdependence in policy formulation and there is the same sense of regional identity among its members on a reciprocal basis. This research shows that EU member states and the United Nations were disappointed by the Greek Cypriot rejection of the agreement. The European Union has promised aid and to work towards lifting the trade sanctions imposed by the European Court, although they have ruled out diplomatic recognition of Northern Cyprus.
