According to the results of an in vitro α-glucosidase inhibitory assay antidiabetic test against the α-glucosidase enzyme, the crude extract of n-hexane inhibits the enzyme by 7.5 percent, dicloromethane inhibits the enzyme by 16.2 percent, ethyl acetate inhibits the enzyme by 6.8 percent and water inhibits the enzyme by 20.4 percent. It was concluded that the extracts of nhexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and water did not have good inhibitory activity against the α-glucosidase enzyme.enantidiabeticin vitropyrrosiaα-glucosidaseUJI ANTIDIABETES DARI EKSTRAK DIKLOROMETANA n-HEKSANA DAN ETIL ASETAT TUMBUHAN PAKU Pyrrosia longifoliaArticle
