That thing is enabled because industrial sector represent economic activity yielding big enough output. Industrial during the time exist in Riau still in the form of home industry managed by a family. Even though there [is] also industry representing to exeed Riau, that is food industry, beverage, tobacco, other processing industry and textile. For that need the existence of strategy to develop small industry exist in Riau, to be industrial sector become taft sector and can be pledged. But to develop the small industry is not easy to, there is assorted of problems which must be solvedotheramong others problems of capitallevel of amount of required labour
