It can absorb 107 elements of air pollutants. Anthracnose disease caused by Colletotrichum sanseviera often attack on the leaf of Sansevieria trifasciata. Genus Trichoderma consists of several fungal strains with biological control ability. Effect of Trichoderma spp indigenous endophytes from Riau as biocontrol of C. sanseviera was investigated on S. trifaciata leaf. Pathogen was inoculated by spray prick method. Inhibitory activity assay was conducted under laboratory condition. Histopathological observation of C. sanseviera infected tissue of the leaf indicated severely affected plant tissue. Anthracnose changed leaf colour to brown, irregular cell shape, and cell wall thickening. T. harzianum reduced the number and size of lesions caused by the pathogen. Many isolate’s hyphae were seen on the cell walls of plants.enEndophytichistopathologySansevieriaTrichodermaSTUDI AWAL HISTOPATOLOGI AKTIVITAS ANTIFUNGI Trichoderma spp ENDOFIT INDIGENUS RIAU TERHADAP Colletotrichum sanseviera PADA TANAMAN Sansevieria trifasciataArticle
