One example is the enzyme cellulase produced by a local strain of Aspergillus spp. Cellulase enzymes to hydrolyze cellulase to break the bond β-1, 4 glycoside into a reducing sugar. The production of cellulase enzymes from the strain fungus Aspergillus sp1 TT, Aspergillus sp1, Aspergillus fumigatus KK, Aspergillus fumigatus KP and Aspergillus fumigatus TT uses a carbon source carboxymethyl cellulase (CMC) with two variations of temperature 45oC and 50oC. Cellulose enzyme activity assay was determined by Nelson-Somogyi method. The analysis showed the activity of cellulase enzyme from Aspergillus fumigatus KK at least 45oC higer temperatures (2,29x102±0,005) units/mL. At a temperature of 50oC cellulolase enzyme activity, where Aspergillus sp1 TT has the highest activity of cellulose enzymes by enzyme activity (1.38x10-3±0,0003) units/mLenAspergillus sppCelluloseProduction of CellulasesPenentuan Aktivitas Enzim Selulase Dari Strain Lokal Aspergillus spp. TermotoleranArticle
