PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru. And to know about the relationship between leadership style and employee’s morale at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru. This research was located at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru yang terletak di Jalan Siak II Air Hitam KM 11 Garuda Sakti Sub District Tampan Pekanbaru Region. This study is a quantitative research with the support of qualitative data. This study is a causal study to assses about the relation between leadership style with employee’s morale at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru. The population of the study are all jobholder at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru which amount to 97 peoples. Because of some limitation i.e time, cost and power, so the amount of sample determining by Slovin model, thus obtained 47 responden as the samples. The data analysis is used Spearman Rank Correlation to determine the correlation between variables and to test the significance of assosiative hypothesis to each variables. According to the study about the employee morale, all the respondents were agree with this, and so to the democatics leadership style at the company. The tests result toward the correlation between leadership style to the employee morale used Rank Spearman Correlation shows that there is a strong and positive correlation between variabels.
