Fishery's productivity in many locations in Indonesia is not optimal due to the destruction of marine biota habitats which results in a low local economic value. Inventory of the conservation of coastal areas includes two main targets, namely the community as economic actors and natural resources as an economic source. The data used in this study are divided into 2 (two) types of data, namely secondary data and primary data, in-depth interview techniques, respondent taking techniques using survey techniques combined with snow-bowling techniques.
