Therefore, curcumin through the variation of thestructurecould became amodel for target molecule. In this research, curcumin analog coumpond of 4-piperidone derivative was synthesized using microwave irradiation withan acid catalyst (SOCl2). The rendement resultedfrom curcumin analog is(3E,5E)-3,5-bis (2-chlorobenzilidyn)-piperidyn-4-one(1) 94,35%.
