Nowadays, many women have dual role as housewives alld economic pillars of the family, and some of them are women farmers. Gtoups of women farmers in the Makmur village cultivate roselle plants in their yard to incfease their family income as an addition to vegetable fatrning. Development activities is an effort to improve the ability of women farmen through farm business management so they are able to optimize resoutces and exploit opportunities in business. Farm Management Extension on roselle farm management was conducted in Makmur village of Pangkalan Kerinci Regency, Pelalawan District This extension Pfogram was conducted by goup of lecturers of the faculty of Agriculture, Riau Univetsity in, November 2009. Farmer extension results showed that participants in extension activities of 18 people can undetstand the material and take benefit from the activities. Implementation of activities could be done well by all participants so it can be applied in the roselle plant farming.
