SRAP (Sequence Related Amplified Polymorphism) marker has been reported more useful for revealing diversity germplasm. Our research aimed to explore genetic diversity of castor bean based on marker SRAP. Genomic DNA was extracted from leaves tissue based on Genomic DNA Mini Kit Plant (Geneaid) protocol. Profile SRAP data was converted to score data and analyzed using NTSYSpc 2.02. The results showed similarity amongst samples based on SRAP band profiles was 0,50–0,87.
