This GCP is made by using natural glue found at banana peel, namely pectin. The method of this GCP begins with weighing a sample process and grinding it for 5 minutes. The next process is molding and drying sample of 140oC, 150oC and 160oC. The measurement depicts the density of GCP with drying temperature 140oC is denser than 150oC and 160oC, whereas in 140oC the average density of 30 grams, 35 grams and 40 grams are 0,356 g/cm3, 0,432 g/cm3 and 0,630 g/cm3 respectively. For 150oC the average density of 30 grams, 35 grams and 40 grams has 0,352 g/cm3, 0,401 g/cm3, 0,460 g/cm3 respectively. For 160oC, the average density of 30 grams, 35 grams and 40 grams has 0,346 g/cm3, 0,371 g/cm3 and 0,417 g/cm3 respectively. Characterization of X-ray diffraction showed that GCP was amorphous for 140oC, 2θ = 21.052o and 45.775o, and for 160oC, 2θ = 20.429o and 46.565o. For various drying temperature, the best sample is obtained in 160oC. This is justified by the result of the energy dispersive X-ray measurement having carbon content of 83,15 %. Based on the scanning electron microscopy measurement, the best pores is shown in 160oC.enwax banana peelgreen carbon paperpectinPENGARUH PERLAKUAN SUHU PADA PEMBUATAN GREEN CARBON PAPER (GCP) TANPA PEREKAT MENGGUNAKAN KULIT PISANG LILINstudent Paper Post Degree
